US DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All shipping costs are continental US delivery. Most orders are fulfilled from our
store in San Angelo, TX. We usually ship parts the same day. Unless you instruct otherwise, we will
use US Postal Service or Fedex. We build kits one at a time, and test them
before packaging. Kits usually ship next day.
USPS (US Postal Service) does not provide transit scans. You will see
that we made the shipping label, then the next update you will see is when the
carrier scans it on delivery. They are changing this so that eventually transit
scans will be available.
Fedex does provide transit scans. If it is important to you to see your
package progress along its journey, Fedex is a bit more expensive, but they do
provide this service on every package.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES:
When you check out from the shopping cart, only an authorization is
made on your credit card. No funds are transferred until we ship. If you make a
mistake entering your address, for instance, and the charge is declined, you
will see a "Pending" charge on your online bill. These pending
authorizations will drop off automatically in a number of days determined by
your bank - usually 3 to 10 days. There is nothing we can do to remove these
pending items and there is no way we have to collect funds against those
declined transactions. What we can tell you is that you will not see charges on
your bill for these declined authorizations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
US Postal Service no longer allows International shipments of batteries. You are
welcome to order a conversion system minus batteries and anything else you can obtain
locally such as charger, bag, and rack. We recommend our "Power System
Only" kits which can fit into one box, and include motor, controller, and
throttle. Batteries cannot be removed from
scooters. Most shipments get the best rates through the US
Postal Service. Choose your shipping method and price at www.usps.com.
We recommend insurance, but the risk of loss or damage is yours. Please be sure your country's Customs will allow import of your item. If it is returned to us, your money
will be refunded minus fees associated with shipping, handling, and bank fees
associated with the refund. If you have a shipping account with any carrier,
you are welcome to use it to ship your order. Please do not ask us to falsify
Customs documents.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
When you
place an order online or by phone, the amount is authorized. Your account
is not charged until your item ships. If you order multiple items, particularly
parts and batteries, you may be charged less than what is shown
on your authorization because we can combine some items to reduce shipping cost. You will never be charged
more than is shown on your authorization receipt.
RETURNS:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please get answers to
your questions before you buy. We want you to know
what you're buying, and would rather exchange several emails or phone calls than
for you to be disappointed. Returns of most products except electrical
parts will be accepted minus shipping as long as product has not been used and can be
resold as new. We hate to charge a return
fee, but returned items that have to be sold as used are subject to a fee of up
to 15%.
Call or email in advance for RMA number. We want your repeat business and recommendations to your friends.
Price Guarantee:
Most of our products are manufactured for us or by us at our own
facility. If you find the product
you want advertised at a
lower price elsewhere, we can match their price on just about any item we sell.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
If your shipment was damaged, you must notify us within 3 business
days. We buy insurance on every package, but there is a time limit to file a damage
claim. If you don't
notify us in time, we will not replace the product at our expense. Save the
product with all packing materials, as the carrier will likely pick up the
package for examination.
WARRANTY:
A warranty is intended to protect the consumer from manufacturing
defects. It is not a warranty of performance or suitability for any specific
use. Warranty covers the replacement of a defective product, shipping is not
included. Warranty does not cover refunds for product or shipping. In most cases, ElectricRider services its own warranties.
