The amount of time it takes to recharge a battery can be roughly calculated by dividing the capacity of the pack in Amp Hours by the current supplied by the charger. A 10AH pack being charged by a 4 amp charger would take 10 / 4 = 2.5 hours to recharge from dead. Lithium batteries may go through a balancing phase for some time after the charge completes. The charger will cycle on and off every few seconds. It is OK to interrupt the charge cycle if you need to use the battery. We recommend charging as slow as possible without making it inconvenient, as your battery will last longer with a slower charger.
