Returns will be accepted only if the product is still in new condition, and it has not been over 30 days since the original ship date of the order. A restocking fee may apply, and may vary based on the length of time passed since the product was originally shipped. Returns of used products, damaged products, or products in any condition other than which we shipped them will not be accepted. All warranty or defect related issues will be handled via our warranty process and guidelines listed separately.
Refused shipments will be refunded minus shipping costs charged by the carrier. This includes the costs charged to us for return of the refused shipment.
Please contact us by phone or open a support ticket to Customer Service to obtain an RMA number if you would like to send us an item for refund, repair, or upgrade.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Save your tracking number and insure the package for whatever value you will accept if the shipment is lost or damaged.
